Orient Tours won three titles at the 26th Annual World Travel Awards (WTA) during a Gala awards ceremony held at Warner Bros. Park, Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
On a day when a star-studded line-up of highly successful DMCs, Tour Operators, Travel Technology platforms, Hotels, Airlines and other Hospitality Leaders and travel professionals attended and won recognition at the prestigious World Travel Awards, Orient Tours took home three, bringing its tally to 12 this past decade.
Commonly referred to as the ‘Oscars of the Travel Industry’, recognition by the WTA is acknowledged as a hallmark of quality. Each year the WTA receives over 5,000 entries, which are short-listed by a group of industry experts before voting opens up to specialists working in the travel and tourism industry. The judging criteria includes customer delight, quality of service, comprehensive business performance and product development.
The WTA recognized Orient Tours as ‘Middle East’s Leading Destination Management Company 2019’, ‘UAE’s Leading Desert Safari Company’, and Dubai’s Leading Destination Management Company.
This is the fourth win for Orient Tours as UAE’s Leading Desert Safari Company and the third time they take home the Dubai’s Leading Destination Management Company award.
